![]() ![]() Above all else I am desperately trying to remove all Google apps from my life. I saw the negative reviews and decided to try to contact someone before trying the app to see for myself if it would be a waste of my time. Warning: when customer support gets bad, business follows the suit. I've deleted my previous excellent 5 star review as it is no longer applicable. They simply ignore when they do not want to respond. I have one ticket pending for 1 month without a proper answer and I am tired sending follow up emails. At the very least, if they cannot provide a complete privacy (although promised), they can make sure to answer customer's question fast and professionally. (Not touching privacy concerns raised all over the Internet as this is the whole separate subject altogether). This situation combined with worrisome reviews of other customers makes me reconsider a what was a great option. Lately it takes a lot of time for them to answer. ![]() I've been a customer for 3 years and was planning to upgrade to unlimited plans for both personal and business accounts. Customers support for paid users is very slow and not always professional. ![]()
